Bookings and Cancellation Policy
At Aloha, Credit Card details or Gift Voucher numbers are required to secure all bookings as 24hrs notice is required to change or cancel an appointment.
Fewer than 24 hours notice will attract a 50% cancellation fee and less than three hours or a no show will incur a 100% cancellation fee for the treatment booked. This fee will be charged to your credit card or Gift Voucher. Please note that for bookings prior to 12pm, cancellations made after 4pm the day prior will attract the 100% cancellation fee.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are a great idea for that special someone. All vouchers are valid for six months only and are not transferable for cash or redeemable for product purchase. Voucher numbers must be given at time of booking and a cancellation policy will be enforced for late cancellations and no shows.
Arrival Times
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Depending on your treatment for the day, you may need to fill in a consultation form. Late arrivals for appointments will be subject to reduced treatment times.
Credits and Refund Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your treatment, please advise reception staff prior to leaving as Aloha does not issue refunds or credit vouchers once you have left the salon.
