 Aloha Body and Beauty can be found nestled between the Sirocco and Zanzibar Resorts in beautiful Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast.  We offer professional treatments by qualified staff in the relaxing surrounds of our Salon Spa.

We are open 7 days a week for your convenience and are located opposite the Moolooloaba Council Carpark between Brisbane Rd and Smith St,  making parking a breeze.

CHANGES TO SUNDAY TRADING

As of 1st July 2011 Therapists will be available for Treatment from 10am Sundays by prior arrangement only.  All treatments must be of a minimum 1 hour duration and booked and confirmed by close of business Saturday.  Gift vouchers will no longer be valid for use on Sundays and therefor all clients will be asked for credit card details or a 50% cash deposit when booking. Double treatments only available for minimum 90min duration time.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule and we kindly ask that you give us 24hrs notice so that someone else may visit us.  We enforce a strict booking and cancellation policy and will ask for a Credit Card Number and Expiry Date or Gift Voucher number at time of booking in order to secure your appointment time.  Please be aware that fewer than 24hrs cancellation notice will attract a 50% cancellation fee and less than 3 business hours or a no show will forfeit 100% of the treatment cost.  Last minute changes to appointments (within 24 hours) will incur a $25 fee for every hour of treatment time booked.  These fees will be charged to the customers credit card or deducted from the appropriate gift voucher.  Please note that a 72hr cancellation policy applies to group bookings and public holidays.

Arrival Times

We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment time.  This allows you time to settle down and complete any necessary paperwork.  Unfortunately late arrivals will result in reduced treatment times.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are a wonderful idea for that special someone.  All vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and are exchangable for treatments only.  Gift Vouchers are able to be purchased over the phone for your convenience and can be emailed or placed in the post the very same day.   Please note that Gift Vouchers are NOT valid for use on Sundays and  Public Holidays.

Mobile Phones

For your comfort and the comfort of other Guests, we require all mobile phones to be switched off or turned to silent when entering Aloha.  We also ask that voices are kept low and soft to maintain the serenity of our Spa

Health Fund Rebates

All of our Remedial Therapists carry Health Fund Provider Numbers which are only available for Remedial Massage Treatments.  If you are wanting to claim, please advise staff of your Health Fund at time of booking,. 

Medical Conditions

Please advise staff at time of booking if you suffer from any medical condition which may effect your treatment.  Pregnant women and clients with Heart Conditions and Varicose Veins should avoid all heat treatments. Pregnant women are advised to seek a Doctors Clearance for all Massage Treatments.

Parents

Please be aware that Aloha does not have the facilities to care for your children whilst you are having a treatment and we kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements for such prior to your arrival.
